In this stage, we assess your body. We look for dysfunctions in your movements. We address your movement patterns that may be contributing to your daily bodily pains.

Posture is the foundation which the house is built on which is why it will be emphasized in this stage.

Breathing, meditation, and overall body awareness and positioning lay the ground work for strength, power, and durability. Here, your body will be a stability of health, moving in space the way the human body was meant to move.

Every body is different. Your body will determine the rate we progress at this stage, but this stage is crucial and will be revisited on a routine basis.
