Posture Evaluation
Assessment of the structure of the body. Joint stacking. Evaluation of the natural positioning of key points in the body (Pelvis, scapular, knee, ankles). Evaluation of anterior and sagital planes of the clients standing body.
Gait Cycle Evaluation
Evaluation of how client walks. What parts of the body is lagging. Where are the energy leaks. How can we make the body more efficient.
Mobility Evalutaion
Assess what parts of the body is limiting motion and causing excess physical exertion. Evaluate key points of the body (Anterior Oblique Sling, Posterior Oblique sling, Hips and Pelvic mobility, Upper T spine mobility, Torso rotational ability)
Balance evaluation
Single leg balancing testing. Eyes closed movement testing. Stability assessment.
